The workouts are based around movement patterns and fixing muscle imbalances, so not only will you get stronger and more athletic, but more coordinated as well. He’s also a registered dietician with an extensive biochem background and offers diet planning services in conjunction as well. It’s hard to come by someone as knowlegeable as Will at such a reasonable rate and simply not possible to get this kind of specialization at a commercial gym. Check him out!"
